I buy products based on reviews around 98% of the time, but I typically don't write them. However, these shoes deserve my time, the 5 stars, and a huge thank you to all of you who write reviews. I trusted and you delivered. I bought them to wear with a black dress I'd purchased locally to wear to a military graduation. If you're not familiar with this process, let me share that you're on your feet for a few hours minimum. We waited outside for almost 2 hours, on concrete, before entering the building. Then after graduation, we were on our feet for another 3-4 hours. Not only did the shoes look oh so cute with the dress, but they fit well and remained comfortable until hour 6. Heels aren't meant to be worn for walking shoes for that length of time. I bought an 8.5. I typically wear a size 8-8.5 depending on the make. They were slightly loose but I knew this when choosing the size. I wanted them to be in order to give my feet room to swell. The ankle strap is positioned well. Toe room was nearly perfect. I am so happy I purchased these shoes for my niece’s wedding! I wasn’t sure how they would fit or how comfortable they would be for a long evening at the wedding but I was on Cloud 9 with these shoes!!! They looked beautiful with my navy blue sequined gown and the strap with rhinestones was soooo gorgeous! I normally wear a size 9.5 but ordered a size 10 to give my toes a little extra room. I’m glad I bought size 10 because after an evening of dining and dancing, I thought I might have some aches and swelling but not in these shoes! I was extremely comfortable and couldn’t help admiring them all night long. The heel was a comfortable, stable but fashionable height. I wasn’t sure how the toe area would fit, because I’ve had a few surgeries for bunions but this pair fit extremely well. I wore a pair of pantyhose to complete a classy, sophisticated look, but could have also gone without the pantyhose, and that wouldn’t have been a problem. I am so in love with these shoes and can’t wait to wear them again! I will upload pictures soon but highly recommend this pair. You won’t regret it. I loved the fit. The heel height is just right and the shoe is comfortable and stylish. But the sole is quite slippery. I slid on my wooden floors just trying them on. Ended up keeping them since I didn't want to pay for return. I scuffed the bottoms a bit which made them less slippery. Edited

Straps leave blisters on my ankles every time I wear them. Old review. So my first pair of shoes did give me blisters and after postingmy review regarding the isy, this company's customer service reached out to me personally regarding the matter. They offered me a full refund or the option to try a new pair of shoes. I always like to give a company the benefit of the doubt, so I choose the option to try a different style of shoes. I have to say the new pair were beautiful, comfortable and best of all, no blisters. I was truly impressed with the great customer service from this brand and my shoe experience may have just been a one off with the first pair. These shoes were exactly what I was looking for style-wise and they delivered on that in-person for the most part. My primary concern is that I ordered a size 8W (wide) and while the box was marked 8W, the shoes were not. They also did not fit like a wide. The marked European/UK sizing on the box doesn’t indicate width either way, and a 39 can be equivalent to a US 8 or 8.5, so it’s hard to say what happened here. Either way, I was excited to find a cute heel with an ankle strap, chunky heel, and in a wide size. I don’t think it actually is wide, though. I would have gambled on going up a half size and maybe I will if I can’t find a similar option elsewhere, but the length fit about right and I worry there would be more of a gap at the heel if I size up. Also, for the price, the material isn’t fantastic. I don’t need to wear heels often so I wasn’t too worried, but the nude color at least is a very soft material that seems like it would dent/crease/bend easily. This especially seems true because the strap had a very obvious crease where it was sitting originally, I needed to tighten it by one hole and it made the strap stick out in an odd way and look bent. I don’t think this would hold up well to even occasional wear. The sole is nothing special for a relatively inexpensive heel, not amazingly comfortable but wearable. Additionally, while I love a block heel, these were very loud for the short stint I took in them in my kitchen and living room, on tile and hardwood respectively. VERY loud, not like any heel I’ve worn. It sounds very heavy and clunky, not like a tapping sound. If you work in a quiet office or are attending a quiet event, I would feel self-conscious in these. The good: these were packaged extremely well and arrived in immaculate condition. I still think the style is nice, and they had the right amount of give even in too small a size. I think they would break in a bit around the toes and form to your feet. The block heel and ankle strap do not make the shoe look any less refined. Again, the style ticked all the boxes for me on a stylish and comfortable heel. While the material itself leaned cheap-looking, I think I do like the color. A little pink for my preference on nude, but not bad. If the size had been right I probably could have forgiven the other shortcomings, and vice versa. But overall I think you can do slightly better for $60 if you shop around. ... show more

I love these shoes! The first pair I bought the silver hook on the strap around the ankle fell off and I didn't even know it until the strap came undone. I was at a wedding. 😖 I wrote the company and got no response. I need another pair of black shoes so I bought another pair. Yes, I like them that much. Hopefully these last or it will be the last time. They are comfortable and beautiful. I may consider another color also. ... show more
