It Works well, just don’t turn it too hard or you’ll bend the wire. So be careful if you plan to use a drill and just go slow and take your time. It feels unbalanced holding it,that’s my only complaint and that the wire bent from being spun past it’s limits. I would almost equate that to user error on my part ... show more

    • Very cheap quality
It was just very cheap quality. It’s pretty awkward to use. I tried to use it a couple times to unclog a downspout for my gutter company, but just the quality just makes it very difficult to work with.

    • worked but comes out of the drum
The clog was 20 odd some feet away. I got it cleared.. manual turning only! But then as I was pulling it out I didn't have the nut retightened after each pull, and the cable spun out of the drum! I took all the parts into the back yard. Then I took the drum apart (four screws) and rewound the cable back in (after cleaning the cable). Bit challenging holding the cable and putting the screws back in. In short, I wish it had had a stop clamp on the end of the cable inside the drum! Anyway, it worked and saved me many times the purchase price...so there you go :) ... show more

I am not sure that I like the drill adapter It makes it awkward and am not sure it does much. I will most likely just use it in manual mode

my shower drain was clogged for days i tried alot home stuff but then i bought this and omg it helped so much and it was pretty fast to unclogged... hair and toys from my kids lol great product! its a must get!

    • Worked Until Snake Came Out of Drum Housing
Used this for the first time on a basement drain. It worked clearing the blockage, but at the very end of the snake length, the snake itself came out of the drum housing entirely. Tried to reinsert the snake back into the drum but it wouldn't coil. Two stars because it worked, but only just once. Wish it had some kind of clamp inside the drum to secure the end of the snake line. ... show more
