The smell was a bit overwhelming and it did sort of burn but my feet do not ache after having so much pain just standing up. Purchased for an upcoming Disney trip, but had some recent foot pain and decided to test them out. I would highly recommend if you're prone to sore feet at the end of the day. I used after a shower and propped my feet up for the 30 minutes the package instructs. I then wore some some of my more fitting socks for the rest of the evening. The pain in my heel was much less intense the following day. It is an intense burning/cooling sensation, but trust the process and you will get some pain relief! I was hesitant to use this but I’m pleasantly surprised! It definitely provided relief after walking miles and miles at Disneyland. I gave one pack to my husband and he, too, was hesitant at first but agreed that it felt cooling and relaxing. It’s also easy to put on and the hardest part probably is not being able to comfortably walk while having it on. I like that these have Epsom salts and essential oils - both are probably helpful for your feet however the ones that I received did not warm my feet whatsoever. In fact my feet were freezing when I took these off. The mask was hydrating and smelled good but that’s about it. Won’t purchase again.

I bought these tried one pair and immediately bought more. They fit me which is good since I wear size 13 shoes. They aren't exactly heating it's basically icy hot in a sock not quite what I was expecting but they do work well.

i very rarely write one star reviews, especially ones where i'm ranting, but these are so horrible. i bought these to try out after my 10 hour black Friday shift because my feet always ache so bad after standing for so long. I was excited and hopeful that these would solve my problems. plus, its 23°F outside so I was excited about the idea of having something warm on my feet. at no point did these get warm. in fact, I'm certain that they got even colder. and then my feet began to sting, which the package said was normal, but became very uncomfortable. i couldn't even make it the full 30 minutes that the instructions recommend. taking them off was almost even worse. when I took them off, my feet were dripping with the slimy mask. i couldn't even wipe it all off and the smell of menthol was so strong. i should've known better, but I jumped into the shower to warm up and wash off the slime. that's where it got even worse. because of the menthol, my feet began to BURN. it became even more painful to stand and let the warm water hit my feet. so basically, after my 10 hour shift on my feet, I am left with even more pain in my feet than I had before. an absolutely horrible way to end my day and I don't recommend these to anyone. the ONLY benefit of these is that my feet are now very soft, but nothing I couldn't achieve from lotion. ... show more
