I bought this milk warmer specifically because I wanted to use it to warm up frozen bags of milk. It works well. I do have to thaw the edge of the frozen milk bag slightly with warm water before it fits, but only slightly. The main issue is it takes about 16 minutes to completely thaw a 4oz frozen milk bag. When your little one is crying, those 16 minutes last forever. But it does work. I'm not sorry I bought it, but I do wish it didn't take so long. ... show more

I had issues with this item, constantly saying H2O error, even though the water level was fine and we were using distilled water! Luckily, I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me a new one and this new one hasn’t had that same issue! I’ve used quite a few bottle warmers and they all didn’t live up to expectations. I finally gave in and splurged on this one. I am not disappointed! I love that you can choose between glass, plastic and bag. You can also choose frozen, cold or room temp. Then toggle through the bottle size and you’re good to go. It’s so incredibly easy to use. Do not buy this bottle warmer!!!! It does not work consistently, WHEN it does work milk comes out scalding hot or ice cold, never warm despite changing all settings. Very very finicky. Every other time we use it the “h2o error” alarm sounds and it has to be unplugged to be reset regardless of how much water is in the well. That’s if you can even access the water well as the top portion is SO incredibly difficult to unscrew and remove. We love all other Dr. Brown products and have quite a few, but this has been a complete disappointment at every use and a giant waste of money. Save yourself the headache and get a different one so when you’re hungry baby is crying for a bottle, you’re not also crying with frustration as a result of this waste of money. ... show more

It works, but for breast milk frozen bags taker very long and sometimes you have to adjust the bag (move the milk) because it will only melt from the bottom and keep being frozen from the top, otherwise the other features work perfect!
