They arrived in good condition and as described. An email that was received prior to receiving the product was disconcerting to look for chipped paint or cracked products. The sender was trying to put blame on the delivery system for the production issue. I found no issues.

I was concerned that one or more of these mugs might arrive broken, but they were packed very well in special packaging to protect each individual mug. The box is so nice, I'm saving it for any future move, to pack these mugs in it. The mugs are well-made, medium-weight, and hold 16 ounces. They say they hold 17 ounces, but when I measured with a measuring cup of water, 16 ounces filled up almost to the very top of the mug. The finish is smooth and attractive.
