This batting cage backstop has proven to be even better than the ones that are two hundred dollars more. I say this as a coach that runs a training facility and is alright spending thousands of dollars for the best equipment and facility. When we pull out the net cages in the gym, or set up cages outdoors, these backstops work best because they are not heavy where they pull the nets down, and do not require constant adjustments to the strike zone. We can leave these backstops installed while moving, setting up, or storing cage nets. Most important they are extremely effective at absorbing the impact from training by high school, college and minor league players. These backstops address our safety concerns with parents and distracted teenagers that stand/walk too close to the nets. They’re also safer for the hitters because the impact absorption prevents bounce back from chain link fence caging. The thing that made the procuring of these backstops exceed our expectations was the seller. The first time we reached out to Doubleriver they responded to us personally right away. They have taken extra time and effort to solve our specific needs, and delivered quickly. In summary, the backstops are terrific and every buying experience has been terrific! Tarp is thick and it has some grommets that can be attached to th cage(cage not included). Rubber rings included to tie it to the cage. Very good thick material.

This backstop is a thicker type of plastic and durable in an outdoor setting. Great target for pitching practice and comes with rope to hang it. We have a batting cage so installing it was easy. The image was good and the catcher is life size for a major little leaguers. We’ll see how this hold up with repeated use.

I cant ever start to think of how many steps this thing has saved me from not having to chase those wild pitches anymore. Creates a nice target for pitching. The material seems to be quite durable so I hope to get many seasons out of it. It was easy to set up and take down in case you want to move it.

This batting backstop exceeded my expectations in both size and quality. Nice thick material with built in grommets also comes with 8 bungees so that you can attach it very easily. This is way better quality than some of the more expensive ones out there. This has saved me so much time having to go chase balls when practicing with the little ones. Great product!

Material is thick and seems durable. I hang this up on a tall fence and let the kids throw at it during practice. Good tool to slow the kids down and hit the perfect square. Unit is big and you need a big stand or tall fence to hang this.
