I wouldn't say this was the highest quality comforter set, but it does work well for the warmer months. I don't particularly like the way the fabric feels, but inside a duvet cover, it works well. Definitely more of a late spring, summer or early fall weight. You would probably want a couple of these on the bed in the winter, unless you or your partner are human furnaces. ... show more

We use this comforter in our camper, and it's great. It' s just the right thickness for a bit of warmth when you get cold at night, but easy to kick off when you get too hot. Layer it with other blankets and it will take you right through the winter.

I really like this comforter for summer. It's a perfect weight for this hot season, even when having hot flashes (so I turn the AC down further at night) . And score for it coming with two entire pillows, not just cases! It was silly of me, but watching them decompress was so satisfying. Like pulling a cord and watching a life raft FOOP into full size, only faster. They're comfy too. Much fluffier after decompression than I would have guessed, I honestly was pleasantly surprised that they aren't really flat pillows. I have nothing bad to say, except for perhaps I should not have chosen black bedding - I was imagining how nice it would look on my bed (and it does - it DID). What I DIDN'T think about is that I would thus discover my white, short hair dog has been sneaking onto my bed. I should know better than to get anything in black, by now. My BAD. I really thought he never got on my bed though. 😕🤣 It doesn't change the fact that it's a very nice comforter/pillow set. Five stars. If I take it out of the dryer and find it has unraveled anywhere, or shrank, I'll report back with an update. ... show more

The build quality for this set is pretty good. It is heavy, and it feels like the blankets were starched and ironed. I tried to wash it a few times, but either the material they used is hard, or I may have to wash it a few more times and add softener to make it a bit more comfortable.

I like the weight or thickness of this blanket/comforter. Its lightweight. I'm a warm sleeper, and so I ordered it for summertime, when bedroom is quite warm at night. I still want a layer over me, but not a heavy blanket, and this comforter does the job. Its thicker than just having a sheet, but doesn't add too much warmth to make you hot at night in summer/warmer rooms. It comes vacuum packed, and I'm amazed how it fluffs right up as soon as you open the sealed package. Both pillows fluff up too (I put them on low in the dryer with 2 tennis balls to fluff them up a bit more). The comforter could be used as just a stand alone blanket. Its bright white, which is nice. But I'm concerned I'll get it dirty, and so I'm debating if I will just use the blanket by itself, or I may put it inside a duvet cover. Either way, its good for warm climate, warm rooms, and summer sleeping. And the pillows are comfortable, without being too large and bulky. ... show more
