Keyboard was new and in good condition. It did advertise in the picture and description that the stand was included but didn't receive a stand. Very poor customer support. When they were messaged they would send a generated email back. Then messages wanting me to circle the items I received. After several messages to the seller and amazon there was no resolution. Impressed! We just got this for one of my granddaughters after having purchased another brand for a different granddaughter. Both girls are taking piano lessons. We are moving to a tiny house and had to sell our baby grand piano so I felt obligated to get them a keyboard to continue their lessons. The first 61 key keyboard we purchased has nice weighted keys and I thought the sound was pretty decent for the price point. The music rack on it broke off within minutes. I decide to try another brand for the older child and this one included the seat (PLUS) and a better stand (PLUS). The sound quality on this is much better than our other one. I love that they have earphone jacks as this is a sanity saver for sure. This keyboard packs lots of extras with the options for percussion, LED screen, voices, etc. If the keys were weighted this would be a winner all the way around. Great product! ... show more

It has been a really long time since I have been able to play any piano/keyboard music so I was really excited to order this. When I first got it out of the box, I was fairly impressed by how it looked and how sturdy it felt. Setting the stand up was a bit of a pain and I had to look up online how to do it as the instructions were printed on the side of the box and didn't tell you which bolts went where. I should mention that the stool is really comfortable and I love that I can fold it up when I am not using it. What I like: I love that the display clearly shows what is going on at all times. The notes that you are playing are shown on a little digital keyboard and a 'sheet' on the side. It also shows which tone or rhythm you are using. I will say that if this is for beginners, it would be better to have stickers or something on the keys so they can see what notes they are pressing. I like the various tones and rhythms that are included. Now to things that I don't like: -The sound that it produces is quite tinny and off putting. I was trying to play a song and kept getting distracted by how off the sound was (I kept thinking I was accidently hitting the wrong key but I wasn't). -The Mic that it came with is just junk honestly. I plugged it in and even having one of my kids yell into it, I could not hear anything coming out of the speakers. -The worst part of it? I plugged in TWO perfectly working sets of headphones and the sound only came out of the right side. I double checked the connection and plugged them both into something else to make sure they were still functioning... nope, just a keyboard issue. What good is having a headphone option if you can only hear it on one side? Can't exactly lose myself to the music like this. Disappointing. Honestly, I don't know much about keyboards and what makes a good one but I know if I had tried this particular model out in a store, I probably would have passed on it and looked for another option. ... show more
