I like this sweater. I have been looking for tops with waists--everything seems to hang straight and need to be tucked in or it just swallows my waist. This sweater is nicely oversized (I did order up per other reviewers' advice) but still defines my waist a bit. I love the lantern sleeves (they're definitely voluminous, but I like a little drama). It is see-through in places--I will probably wear it over a tank-- but that goes well with the vibe. The v-neck is wide but not too deep, so it doesn't show a lot of cleavage. I washed this in delicate, in a bag, in cold and dried it flat. I think it needs special handling so the large knit openings don't get hung up on something and torn, but it's nbd (I treat my sweaters pretty delicately). I would definitely order another of these. I'm a fan. For reference, I'm 5'10", 190 lbs, 38dd, 32 jeans, inverted triangle/apple shape. I usually wear a large in US/XL in Asian sizes, but I ordered the XL to give it that oversized look. I think an XL would've been fine, and if I ordered another I would order the XL, but I'm happy with the fit of this one as well. I would suggest ordering up if you're busty/have a broader upper body, but if you have narrow shoulders/smaller bust, order your usual size for Asian-sourced tops. ... show more

This is a nice looking sweater that seems to be fairly well made. You could get away with wearing it without anything underneath-I know that's always the big question with a crocheted/knit type garment. For warmth in the cooler months, layer a cami or tank top underneath. I wear a size 10 or 12 and went with the medium. The large would have been better to achieve the oversized look that the model is wearing in the item description. The sleeves are plenty long on me in the medium but I would have preferred a deeper vee around the neckline and more slouching on the sides. I think this is an easy sweater to throw on with jeans or a skirt-even over a sleeveless dress that you might want to wear into cooler weather. It has a vintage vibe to it. I'm a 60's-70's kid and it reminds of sweaters I wore in middle/high school. I think I'll get a lot of use out of it. ... show more

The first words out of my mouth when I opened the package this came in were "wow, beautiful color!" There is something about the style of this sweater that brings back my college days, decades ago. It feels young, yet it looks good on my older self. It's a feel good sweater. I cold water laundered it in a mesh laundry bag and laid it flat to dry. It came out perfectly, no pulls, no shrinkage, no color fading or bleeding. Until I've worn and laundered it a few times, I'll leave my review at 4 stars. Durability has not yet been determined. This is a very pretty sweater. It has an open weave and you'll want to wear something under it, like a nude v-neck tee. The plunging neckline doesn't naturally plunge as deep as it does on the model-- she has clearly pulled it down, but it doesn't tend to stay down quite that far. This is a pretty nice sweater with a pretty nice decent pattern The fabric is firm yet fairly soft. It looks really good and fits really well for the size. We ordered a size large for somebody who normally orders a size large and it fit perfectly.

Great sweater with a collar that gives it a vintage feel – like something I wore in my college days a long time ago lol. The details are great! I love the open weave – great for summer when you are in cold air-conditioned places, and transitional weather – fall and spring, and even winter if you layer it over a warm base layer. The full sleeves are actually long enough for me – with my very long arms, it’s hard to find anything that actually comes to my wrist – which means the sleeves will likely be very blousy or too long on most women. For me, it’s a plus. I got the “khaki” color which is actually like a light golden-brown color – what I actually wanted. It’s pretty true to the color in the listing. The direction of the weave pattern at the shoulders kind of slopes a bit. That, with the dropped shoulders, and maybe even the collar, makes my shoulders look narrow/rounded.
