Update: even though I decided to return this,their customer service reached out to me with some suggestions and tips to help it to be more sturdy for my specific needs and also offered me to try the product again for free. This was super impressive to me and it is rare to find a company with such great customer service. So, while I initially wasn't as impressed as I expected, I am changing my review to 5 stars and would suggest if you aren't as happy as you expected to be with your purchase, please reach out to the seller because they will go above and beyond to help make sure you are a happy customer. :) I bought this cuz one of my cats jumps on top of the other pop up tents and collapses it in on the kittens. I thought with the PVC frame it would support it if my cat jumped on it. It barely does because there's no center support poles. It sags in the middle alot and is not nearly as sturdy as would expect. It's also very lightweight and therefore moves everytime the kittens jump around inside and it spills their water everywhere. If it wasn't such a hassle to assemble it, I would disassemble and return it. If you have just one animal who doesn't move around a lot I guess it would be ok for that but not practical for my situation. ... show more

I cannot imagine a full size anything in this playpen. We bought it for a kitten to be able to play a bit as she acclimates to the other animals and it's not really long enough even for her the runt of the litter to play. It's also far too short for most animals. That being said it'll work for our purposes and the space we have available. The material is sturdy. However, it's extremely enticing to the other animals and all the full grown cats want desperately to lay on top of it caving in the top. It comes up to about my knee so they think it's the purrrfect height to sit next to us as we sit in chairs. The kitten handled the caving top like a champ but I fear the chubbies will snap one of the plastic poles or rip the zipper or mesh. So playpen it is not. It is however a comfortable chill spot if you are traveling with a small animal. That keeps them contained and safe. So it really will depend on your planned use as to how good of a product it is. ... show more

I love this crate; it is well constructed, was easy to put together, is sturdy and homey for my pup, but it is not Pirahna proof. My pup has teeth of a Pirahna and he unfortunately chewed a hole the one of the net doors. I do continue to use this crate, I just put the side with the hole in netting (door) to a wall. I needed a smaller area that my albino baby skunk could be safe and comfortable in until she's large enough to roam the house. I love that this has PVC pipe so it feels nice and sturdy. It took about 20 minutes to set up with super easy instructions. As you can see, I can fit a small pee pee pad tray, her tent bed, a few toys, and her water bowl effortlessly. I love how there's a top opening and a front opening. And the fact that the front opening is low enough for her to step out of is great because she is T I N Y...gives it 10 out of 10 for what I needed it for! oh, and you can LOCK the zippers?!??! GENIUS! Skunks are diggers and escape artists... so that's absolutely perfect and I didn't even know that that was an option until I set it up!! Awesome portable playpen for pets! ... show more

Update - after I reviewed this product, the seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I appreciate the customer service, and I still wish the product was higher quality and matched the description of what was being sold. Don't waste your money on this. It takes a long time to set up and it doesn't stay together. The fabric is cheap canvas with no give, impossible to fit over the wider PVC pipes. The PVC pipes are loose when connected so they slide apart easily. ... show more

For the price, the quality of this set up is amazing! It’s perfect for our needs of a small animal home but I am not sure how it would do for a hyper dog or cat. Easy to clean and move as well as lightweight.
