I would call it a sueded fabric inside and out. I’m a size medium but usually order a large in this type of shirt. I like them loose not fitted and sleeves long enough (I have long arms). I ordered this in a medium because Amazon recommended a medium and other reviewers said it was somewhat oversized. It fits perfectly. The shirt I received had a tear at the shoulder seam and it took a long time to be delivered - disappointing for the price. However, the shirt is a thick, soft, stretchy material - good quality. It’s flattering and looks as advertised.

I am 5’11” about 180lbs, (normally wear a size 16 and xl in American clothing sizes) I ordered xl. Xl seemed correct as I expected. The fit/ length of these sweat shirts is flattering. The tunic length (slightly short in arms) is pretty good for a tall woman, (covers hips and rear enough) and is loose enough it hides the tummy. It is great for leggings and skinny jeans. I love the softness & light weight of the material. It is perfect for cool to moderate warm days. Material is breathable and stretchy. It is lighter weight more stretchy than a fleece sweatshirt from big box. It washes well and little or no shrinkage in cool dryer. I recommend these tunic sweatshirts. This top is super comfy. I love how soft it is. It has a nice weight to it. The fabric is interesting, sort of fleecy but not fuzzy. It does have a bit of shine to it. I rarely purchase synthetics, but it was on sale so here we are. The color turned out to be pretty true to what I see on my screen - the name is misleading. This is more green than blue, with a lot of grey. Subdued. I don't love it but I don't hate it, so I'll keep it. I'm 5'9", the sleeve length is good (got the 2xl) and the bust fits properly. I’m tall and I ordered an extra large for the length. It fit, but I was hoping for a bit more room below on my hips so I ordered a second in 2X hoping for a looser fit when I wear jeans rather than leggings. The 2X absolutely swallowed me.
