I bought a few of these towels for our trip when going on vacation earlier this summer, but have also used for several lake days and swimming outings since and I can conclude after multiple uses that these towels are superior to any standard, cotton terry cloth towel out there. They are absorbent, lightweight, and dry quickly. My son especially says it's the best towel he has ever used because he is dry in literal seconds. The material is pretty soft, although admittedly when wet it's a little off putting to me. Again, my son is sold, though. They are still super nice towels all around and the bonus drawstring bag is great for storage, as well. I even used the bag while at a waterpark so I could keep room key & debit card, etc. close and it worked SO well! Kept it around my wrist and it was great. The towels also wash nicely and do not shrink either, further adding to their uniqueness and long list of positives. Definitely worth the money, we're really enjoying them this season. ... show more

I bought three of these. I have summer BBQs in my backyard involving lots of guests coming over to swim. I have had a stack of beach towels for years that I have been using. I put these three new towels in the rotation and immediately they were the hit of the bunch. This towel is very thin, but I think that's the point for quick drying. It folds small and fits into a nice carry-bag. Seems like a good purchase for my sunny vacation!

I bought two of these for a recent trip and after two months of constant use I can say I’m really happy with them. They’re so light and packable and perfect for travel. Black color faded after one wash, and the quality of the bag it came in was also much worse than the other two color towels Ive bought from this brand in the past (light blue stripe and yellow stripe - all in the xl size). This is microfiber. It's a slick piece of fabric, very thin. I was looking for a beach towel ... this is more like a beach mat. Didn't even unpack and try. Sending back.

No way this can be consider a towel. It is more like a sheet. I took it to the beach and was basically laughed at by others. Next time, I will just buy a good quality beach towel.
