I bought this mixer last year in a pinch. I had stripped out my 6 qt kitchenaid professional mixer and needed a new one asap. I wanted larger but kitchenaid is super expensive. My husband found this and we bought it knowing that if it broke down right away we would only be out a little over $100. I run a cheesecake business. I use this mixer every single day and honestly abuse the crap out of it. I decided to write this review tonight after filling it so full that it levels the rim of the 9.5 qt bowl with thick cheesecake batter. I do try not to top it out very often, but do so a couple times a week when I don’t feel like mixing another batch. I use it regularly with cookie dough and use it on high speed for whipped buttercream. It runs at minimum for an hour to two hours each and every day with something super try I k in it. My kitchenaid couldn’t keep up with me. This one has for over a year. I won’t go back. This mixer is worth so much more than what I paid for it! ... show more

I knead lots of pastries with yeast dough and so far this mixer delivered and fulfill my expectations. Yeast dough necessitate a stronger motor and this mixer has it. I knead 1kg of 00 type flour at once, but i have not tried more than that yet. Is my second mixer that i purchased. So far I am pleased how this mixer is performing, later or for how long I don't know yet. ... show more

It's not 9.5 qt like it's advertised, I also have screenshots where it says 9.5 quart, it's 8.5 quart, still large, not large enough for what I needed, it's very plastic-y I was expecting it to be more metallic, the only thing metallic is the actual bowl and paddle, getting really tired of this false advertising thing on Amazon, AND since it's very plastic-y I'm very uneasy about turning it on and walking away to get other ingredients, I feel like I have to hold the top so it doesn't brake, I got a stand mixer to be hands free, as a home baker with a home business this would not be my first choice ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this specifically to stir the dog food I make. I know that's weird but it works wonderfully. The video I am showing has 5 lbs of ground meat, 2 lbs or carrots and 10 cups cooked rice. I probably should have put that much in but I wanted to see if it could do it and WOW!
