Great quality in terms of material, shipping, and design. However it is heavy enough that the die will continue rolling unless constrained. I love it, but I wouldn’t buy it if I needed it to function quickly or easily.

Very heavy metal die that just keeps on rolling. Love it actually. Probably want use a tray with this one as it will just roll right off the table. That's to be expected and if you expected otherwise you must be a noob. Very pretty, high quality construction. Ran my own test of simple averages with 200 rolls. Yes I rolled it 200 times and recorded down data. There are all kinds of statistical testing one can do on these but I just did simple averaging. Came out to 49.7 on 200 rolls. So seems to be trending in the correct direction. If there is bias, it is very small and should not detract from the accurate use for gaming. The reason I say this is that not all of the numbered facets are the same shape. So it could have affected bias. But seems to not be a functional factor. Just buy it. this thing is completely solid metal and it's heavy like a small cannonball and it rolls like a golf ball. Its completely hilarious and it's everything I wanted it to be. I have no idea what it is for or shy I bought it. But it is very solid and heavy at nearly a pound in weight. I usually roll it across the floor to pick lottery numbers (when I decide to waste a couple of bucks playing). I supposed it would make an interesting gift or a paper weight for sure.

I was so stoked to give this our DM. We'll be using this on percentage rolls from now on lol. The model I ordered was of very high quality and the packaging functions as a nice way to carry the die. it does weigh about a pound so if you're expecting something small be aware its relatively large and heavy. Not for a glass table, the rolls seemed fairly dialed in and I didn't get the feeling it was unbalanced for actual play or use. ... show more
