These gave me additional stability in my wrist, I'd recommend getting the longer ones the 18 inch ones they provide more wrap especially if you've got a bigger wrist. I have liked these wraps but I ended up finding out I prefer them on the opposite hand than what is marked. I hook my thumb and wrap over rather than under with them switched and they are more comfortable and it honestly seems like this is the correct way to wear them. In some of the pictures posted by the company, it seems like the direction of some of the logos is consistent with wearing them on the opposite hand! ... show more
