I bought this jacket to take to Antarctica, and it proved to be perfect! It packs well and you can squish it pretty small in an airtight bag. It was waterproof from snow and splashing water on the zodiacs. It was warm and cozy with the fuzzy lining in the body. The adjustable velcro on the wrist feature was very convenient to keep snow off your skin and to seal the jacket tight around your gloves. The hood is nice and roomy and protected the sides of my face and ears, plus it was removable if you do not need a hood. My only negative is that I wish it had more pockets. I usually wear a size medium, but I bought it a size up so I could easily layer clothing underneath. So I would say it fits true to size, with the arms being plenty long enough (I have very long arms and I usually have a hard time finding clothing that fits properly). I bought the bright blue one, and the color was beautiful and vibrant as shown in the picture online. This was a great purchase, and the price was great too! This is such a great value for this coat. I use it for hiking in cold months since it has fleece lining (really nice) - has many zippered pockets - two on the sides for hands, one chest and one arm and one inside! Velcro on cuffs so you can keep cold air out. Hood comes in handy. Only things I wish it had- draw string at bottom to keep cold air out and a bit of fleece to cover the snap around the neck when it’s fully zipped. It can be really cold with that metal snap next to your face. I wear a light scarf around my neck inside the coat that covers it. It’s a stupid little thing but can be annoying. I really love this coat. The color is what attracted me to it. It took longer to arrive than expected. I bought it in March in Tx and don't plan to wear it until New Zealand in July. It feels light, but heavy enough to keep me warm. It's also waterproof. I appreciate the 2 zipper pockets on the arm and chest. It also has a zipper pocket on the inside. The inside is super soft. I like the removable hood. The fur around the hood is a cut touch. I would definitely buy another one. ... show more

This jacket was completely adorable. It ran pretty true to size. I purchased a large and that's what size I normally would wear in a jacket or winter coat. It was so so warm. I was in temperatures of 15 to 18° with very strong winds and lots of snow and I stayed toasty warm in this jacket. Only reason I gave it four stars is because the first time I wore it the snap button at the very bottom of the jacket came off. Luckily I was able to find both pieces and snap it back on. However I don't know if it will stay. Also the zipper tended to want to wrinkle a little bit at the bottom so it was a bit difficult to zip closed after wearing a few times. However I discovered if you pull down real hard and get the zipper straight it would zip pretty smoothly. Overall a really nice winter coat. ... show more

I live in California and I am outside during my entire shift at work. This jacket keeps me very warm! There are many useful functional pockets including two front pockets to keep your hands in or hold essential items. I picked a size small and I love the loose baggy fit so much! It feels much more comfortable to me and I feel like I get more “jacket warmth” by getting a small instead an extra small. It beats buying a $300 top brand jacket! I will be buying another one in the color yellow very soon… :) ... show more

This coat fits well. It’s a little tighter in the hips, but still fits great. I wear a 14/16 so I ordered an extra large and it fits fine. A great value.

I ordered a large because the reviews said to go up one size. I must've gotten one that was mislabeled because mine is like a mumu on me. Is very warm and has lots of pockets. Will order size down for next winter.
