The fabric of this skirt is medium weight, and it comes in several colors but I went with black. For the cost it is good quality & it is quite comfortable. You can wear it to work out, play tennis, wear to a concert or just everyday wear, it is that versatile. There was a slight chemical smell when I got it out of the package, but it went away quickly once laid to air out. Because the fabric is on the thicker side it is quite durable. The best part is the short it has built in. Beware if you have a larger backside you may want to size up. I wear a medium so that is what I got it fits well, but my behind the short stop right at the bottom of my cheeks. This doesn't bother me, but others may not like this if they want a covered booty. Overall I am happy with this skirt. My only complaint is that there was no pockets in the skirt, nor on the shorts. But that isn't a big enough complaint for me to remove a star as I love this skirt. ... show more

Got this skort for summer and boy, did I make the right purchase. Not only does it fit well but it's super comfortable and kept me cool. The fabric is lightweight but not see-through. The elastic is thick and sewn to the waistband so you won't have it flip-flopping around when you wash it. As someone who is petite, I wear the waist up pretty high on this skirt and it looks great, with the hem falling at about mid-thigh. Can be dressed up or down. Great for traveling because it can fold down small. It does wrinkle a little bit if you keep it folded for a week. But the wrinkles work themselves out once you hang it up. I've tried sooo many skirts in over the years trying to find one that doesn't cling too much to the butt at the top to where there is a weird pucker that sticks out at the bottom of the skirt, or one that doesn't cling enough to where it isn't flattering to my shape. I hoped that this skirt would finally be the one, it's a bit hefty but it's flattering in the caboose and doesn't have any weird clinging. I'm very happy with it! Obviously the bottoms underneath are a bonus so you don't have to worry about any mishaps of indecency. They are very comfortable! This skirt is amazing! Color & fabric are great. The only thing that would make it perfect is if it had pockets. I'm going to order this in additional colors as well. Size: medium, 5'5" length lands about 1.5" above knee making it work appropriate. Fit: securely at waist. Under shorts are comfortable (no wedgie issues or worries about loss of circulation in legs). This product is good material, but if you're on the chubbier side like I am? Get a bigger size than you anticipate. I like the shorts with it, but it still felt constricting, and tight, especially in the waist band.
