    • You're gonna need more than 3 batteries for your DJI Neo
Everyone knows that the Neo is fun to fly and using it in quick flight modes. But with it's short flight time, 3 batteries may not be enough for everyone to try it. I have 6 batteries with my Neo and that is enough time for more than one person to get a turn flying it. And the batteries are relatively inexpensive so it makes sense to have a few spares, especially when traveling on vacation. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My wife and I spend a lot of time travelling and filming videos for our YouTube channel. One of our favorite ways to film video and get some really awesome shots is with a drone. We have had a few different types of drones over the last couple of years as I've really enjoyed learning more about how to use them and their different pros and cons for each type. We recently bought the DJI Neo as we were getting ready to go on a hiking trip. One of the most important things when traveling is ensuring that all of your gear is up to date and will last you the entirety of the trip with minimal issues. It can be such a headache to get out on the trail to an awesome location just to find out that your batteries already died or that they didn't charge fully in the first place. It can really bring down the trip when your gear isn't up to par. The main reason that I LOVE these batteries is because they are specifically from DJI. I would only buy DJI batteries. I would not trust my drone to an off brand battery. Using official DJI batteries ensures that you will get the proper flight time that you need and recharge cycles. To go along with the batteries I would recommend the 3 batteries charger because they charge a lot faster than when you charge them through the drone. This makes a lot of difference when you have multiple items that you are needing to charge each night. These batteries fit nicely in the drone and are super easy to change in and out with a push of a button. Easy access is important when you are on the go. I purchased this battery as a backup battery, since one battery can only least not more than 20 min. This backup battery works well. The battery life is same as the original.

The DJI Neo is my most joyful recent purchase, as I absolutely love using it. However, the battery of the Neo is around 15 minutes, which feels a bit short. Although the Neo is designed for brief use to perform its function as a flying camera, I decided to purchase an extra battery for convenience. Initially, I was concerned that the low price might mean a shorter battery capacity, but it seems to have almost the same battery minute as the original battery.
