I totally love the book nook / DIY wooden kits and this is definitely one of them. This one took me a little over a week to complete and I spent a little of time each day gluing and building pieces while I wait for them to set. This kit has so many cute little parts that you make and with some creative methods that it was interesting to see what my steps would build me. On some of them it took some patience and trying to be creative in how I would actually make it work -- but I loved the challenge of figuring it out because in the end it was worth it. I used quite a bit of glue on this one. I didn't really have any issues with anything breaking on me in this set even trying to get the piece out of its board. The only issue that I encountered was that I should have been more careful in my base floor piece and making sure it didn't cover any of the slots for the walls. I messed myself a little on that one but I figured it all out and it still ended up coming out just fine. The instructions were easy to follow and I never really had any issues. This is a complete set that includes everything you need to make a super cute little Tailor Shop (except glue). As nearly every piece involves assembly, it's actually many smaller crafts to come together to make one big craft. Given that, multiple people can work together on this set. An Instruction Manual is included consisting primarily of colored illustrations showing step-by-step how to complete the various items. To me, there is no way I could possibly complete this in one sitting. I'm going to set up a dedicated work area and enjoy working on it a few sessions at a time. Step inside a tiny world with this miniature tailor shop. This kit features a mix of wooden pieces, paper, fabrics, dried flowers, many different beads, and much more that comes together to create a unique build. It also comes with paint and a brush to finish some of the wood. Everything is so bright and colorful. Very cheerful. The light kit does require you to connect the wires to the battery panel. The wires are pre stripped on the ends however, I find that using a wire stripper to expose a little more of the wire makes connecting them easier. I use electrical tape over the wires once they are connected. You will need glue for this project, it is not included. The instruction book is very detailed and easy to follow.
