Love that they are solid and so cute and cushy comfortable seats. The backs seemed a bit flimsy to me and in the way for some larger adults with 'overhang' let us say. I really like these bar stools. They are sturdy without being bulky and they add a little character to my kitchen. It is easy to adjust the height and was easy to put together. I would highly recommend them. Good value for the money.

NO PLASTIC!!! All steel!! Made very well. I was concerned whether it would be stable, it was very stable.. Very impressive. Instructions were typical for China, but not hard to figure out.
