With a CR Spotless Water System, you can let your car air dry and not leave any spots behind. Besides cars, de- ionized water is perfect for washing and SPOT-FREE rinsing of your RV, boat, golf cart, motorcycle, and house windows, too! De-ionized water is the secret sauce that detailers, car washes, and window cleaners have used for decades. CR Spotless was the first to make the same technology available to homeowners in an affordable, compact, and portable system. Work smarter, not harder and spend less time and money to get the same professional looking results. The DIW-20 comes complete with 2 20 inch wall mounted cartridges containing a mixed bed of de-ionizing resin that will produce approximately 200 gallons of mineral-free water based on an average TDS level of 200 ppm. Depending on the quality of the water where you live, you can get between 75 and 1000 gallons of deionized water from one resin cartridge. All CR Spotless Water Systems also include a battery operated TDS meter that will measure the quality of the water coming out of the system. Includes two 20-inch wall mounted de-ionizing resin cartridges, Stainless Steel input Line, filter wrench, Spray nozzle, and battery operated water Purity Indicator - 1 Year

Not sure how many washes I'm gonna a get out of this before I need to replace the filters, but seeing as I only use it for the final quick rinse, it should last a few months from what I've heard. Foamed, cleaned and rinsed my car. Then ran the water thru spotless for the final quick rinse. Left the car out in the Florida sun without drying it. It dried to perfection. Not a single water spot Not even on my windows which I always have to come behind and clean to wipe away the hard water spots. Great product.     • Never Washing a Vehicle Without It
Expensive, yes. Expensive to maintain, yes. However, this is a very well made product and works as it should. I use it purely as a spot free rinse with the included hose end sprayer. This takes all the stress of trying to hurry up and clean then dry a vehicle away. Likewise, trying to deal with annoying hard water spots is now a thing of the past. I have very hard water (350-400 tds) and so far I’m at 4 rinses on an average sized SUV with the meter still reading 0 tds. Mounted this to a 2x4 with sufficient width to then screw it into studs which are 16” on center. ... show more

    • great for black cars
The company has great customer service, (Linda, Jose is awesome) They do sell a bypass set up so you don't have to run the filter constantly. It is way less than running ball valves. Go to there web site, it will tell you haw many washes you can get out of the filters before the resin needs to be replaced. You give them your zip code and tell them regular hose or pressure washer and it calculates how many uses. ... show more

How did I not know about this. I have a large black dually truck and large boat. No car washes around here that fit it. I wax them constantly to help with the water spots when I wash them. I added this to my pressure washer and I could tell before I even finished washing that my life just got a hole lot easier. Awsome wish I had it sooner. ... show more

    • Nice, too expensive to maintain replacement filters
We live m the mountains & have to rely on a well for our water. My dad bought this so we could Wash our ears without water spots destroying our paint. I would recommend purchasing something cheaper to maintain. It cost hundreds of dollars a year just to replace the water filter. And the worst part about how expensive it is… It doesn’t last that long. You have to use your hard water to wash your car and then only rinse it off with the system. Essentially, you have to have both water systems running, well water and this system just to wash your car and even so it still doesn’t last that long.
