The Dans were not sewn on correctly. Actually, the whole bag looks like it wasn't sewn correctly. Their trolly is tilted, and I don't think the tilt was done on purpose. When I look at other bags, they look straight. The back/body of the bag doesn't look straight either. It looks like it tilts in the opposite direction from the Dans. I even stuffed that bag, hoping that over time, it would reshape itself, but no... it didn't work. I'm pretty disappointed... that said, the bag is VERY sturdy and feels like amazing quality. ... show more

I love the bag, but almost had to return it due to how it was crushed into a USPS mailing box for shipment. Anyone that buys Loungefly backpacks knows how important it is not to crush it. I was, however, able to get it mostly restored by strategically stuffing small clothing pieces into it and letting it sit that way for a few days. Love the backpack and glad I purchased it at this price, but really wish that the seller had taken more care in how it was shipped. ... show more
