I ordered this product before Christmas for a gift and it didn't deliver until Mid April. I waited as my granddaughter loves Frozen products. When the necklace arrived the batteries were dead so the music that it is supposed to play did not work. I will have to replace the batteries before my granddaughter can enjoy it.     • Doesn’t work well
I requested a replacement of the first one because it acted like it was in a demo mode and would play a tiny blurb of the song, then quit. The 2nd one did the same no matter how the switch was on the back. Either they are all defective, or just poorly implemented.

    • Must replace batteries upon purchase
When this first arrived the song only played two words then shut off. We replaced the batteries and it worked again but only for a few weeks for the batteries needing replaced again.

My daughter loves this necklace. Chain is a bit short so he couldn’t put it on or take it off by herself. It’s a hassle because she constantly wanted to put it on and take it off. Durable but it shorted out in less than a month. Now it just plays static. Disappointed

My 3 year old loves this necklace (of course she loves Frozen too)! While it's a wonderful necklace and sounds awesome, the battery that came with it didn't last long unfortunely. I didn't think that I would have to replace it this soon. She doesn't wear it or play with it everyday either. We've only had it for a month or two.
