Came in an enchanto box that was packed in two boxes for protection. Came with all the dolls. Not missing anything. Definitely worth the value compared to trying to purchase the other types of sets.     • Duplicate Dolls/Missing Dolls
I was so excited and bought this set for my daughter’s birthday. I did buy it a while back in April so it’s my fault for not checking earlier, but the box with the actual dolls appeared sealed and unopened so I didn’t think anything of it. I opened the box today and was so disappointed that three of the dolls were duplicated hence we were also missing three dolls (we received a duplicate set of Bruno, Camillo and Dolores and did not receive Mirabel’s parents or grandmother). I am out of my window to return/exchange. But please take this as a warning and an expensive lesson learned the hard way to check your items in the timeframe allowed. I had previously purchased the Mirabel, Luisa, Isabela, and Antonio fashion doll gift set, and the four of them that come in this set are identical to that set, so if you've already bought other Encanto doll sets, I think it's important for you to be aware of that. But of course, even if you've bought all the sets released so far, Julieta, Augustin, and Abuela are new, being exclusive to this set. Like the other Encanto fashion doll sets, these dolls are not fully articulated, meaning their elbows, knees, wrists, and ankles don't bend. If you're buying this for a child, that may not be a bad thing though, as it can make them more durable (joints and heads are the most fragile parts of dolls, after all). I appreciate that they kept the characters pretty close to their movie faces and body types, as well as the detail put into making sure their hair textures were accurate. The clothing designs are very detailed, too. They use a variety of fabric textures -- for example, the texture on Luisa's shirt is different from the texture on her skirt. Some of the details are only printed rather than being real -- the embroidery on Luisa's top, or the layers on the skirt of Isabela's dress, for example -- and shirts have been combined with skirts/pants into one outfit. But the details are there. The accessories are amazing, too, especially Peppa's earrings. I love Encanto, so I was excited to see this set, and I'm very happy with it. ... show more
