This truck appears to be well made and is the perfect addition to my son’s Cars collection. Love that it is interactive and stores 15+ vehicles to help tidy up and be playful at the same time. Only reason for deducting a star is because it took me about a month and a half time wise and 4 tries (each with a different vendor) to receive the product that was in the description. I've ordered this twice from Amazon with different sellers, 29-39 USD each. I wanted the "launching Mack transporter", which fits 15 to 16 units of 1:55 scale diecast cars, and has the grey launching platform on both the upper and lower decks. What I receives both times are the "Mack hauler", which is a cheaper item about 12-20 USD, fits about 12 cars, and only has the grey platform on the upper deck. I don't see other pictures from the review of this item showing the problem, so it may be recent as of November - December 2022. I hope Amazon remedies this quickly so people don't pay twice as much for the wrong item. Attached pictures show the first wrong item I received, and a side-by-side comparison of the second wrong item next to a correct item I ended up buying from eBay. ... show more

UPDATE: 6 months later and it has still held up. I still think it’s flimsy but we are still going without anything breaking. I was a bit disappointed when I took this out of the box. I think I was hoping for something sturdier. Trailer seems a bit flimsy but it has held up to a few weeks of toddler use. I don’t see this lasting much longer but I could be wrong. I believe the age recommendation is for a 3 or 4 year old and I’d say that’s accurate. I purchased for my two year old and he doesn’t seem interested in or get the concept of the cars going down the incline and out the back. Once the ramp is down he can’t get it to stay back up and that frustrates him. It’s fine and he plays with it but it’s not as functional for a two year old as I’d hoped it be. ... show more

Now, to be clear, this is an all-plastic toy. It's not going to last forever, or hold up to being thrown around or stomped on, of that's how your kids are, but if you have a kid who loves Mack, and just wants to be able to haul his cars around, this is a winner. My 3yo loves it, and has had no trouble working the ramp as others have stated. He's not able to hook and unhook the trailer by himself, but that's no big deal. This easily hauls matchbox cars as well as the slightly larger Cars Movie vehicles. ... show more
