I bought this dish rack for my daughters at college. They have limited counter space, and this rack fit just perfectly in the space they have. It is very lightweight and easy to assemble. The removable trays are a nice feature. They keep the counters dry and each level has a tray so it doesn't drip on the dishes below. I found that smaller size bowls (4 1/2" across) fit the bottom rack much better than my standard size soup bowl. The smaller bowl will stand up to drain, where my soup bowl will need to lean on each other for support across the rack. I like the hooks on the side of the utensil holder. They can hang measuring cups and spoons and there is another removable tray underneath to catch the water as it drys. The rack is perfect size for small households, but if you have a larger family, I feel it would not be big enough to accommodate the extra dishes. ... show more

One of the many fun things I got to experience during this pandemic (the thing is really just a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things though) is a broken dishwasher and a several month back-order delay to get a replacement. I suddenly found myself back to my college days of needing to wash dishes by hand efficiently and effectively. This dish drying rack was one of a handful of items I purchased to get me through the months of being dishwasherless. Honestly, I made the purchases (including this one) quickly, with only a brief glance at reviews since I knew I wouldn't be using them long term and if I hated them it wasn't that big of a deal. Right out of the box I really liked this drying rack! Easy to assemble and can hold a surprising amount of dishes. I really appreciated the plastic trays designed to capture water from dishes, but I also put a larger dishtowel under the entire unit to 1) keep the rack from scratching up the countertop (which it probably wouldn't have done anyway) and 2) catch water that wasn't going to always fall exactly onto the plastic trays. The slotted knife holder unit on the side and the round holder for utensils became my favorite parts of the rack in time. The only complaints I can find (and they aren't deal breakers by any stretch of the imagination) is the side unit that holds utensils can be knocked loose a little too easily, and that the plastic tray under the utensil area can be pushed off easily by large dishes on the bottom shelf of the unit. Other than these two very small and insignificant things, this drying rack was a winner! ... show more

I’m getting the rack for my new place, that’s why I still haven’t assembled it yet. But I have been in love with this already! The last one I got on Amazon is almost the same price as this one, but it only has one tier. I love this rack that it comes with 2 layers, also it’s easy to take it it the lower tray to get away the water droplets. I have some problems with my last one as it’s really hard to get out the lower tray. In all, I’m in love with this one as it looks sturdy, with 2 layers. Also I think it’s stainless steel so it won’t have problems with rusting. ... show more

My old dish drainer needed to be replaced. Wanted something that was functional as well as reasonably priced. Like this one. Would have given it 5 stars but I wish the plastic trays were a little stronger. One of mine seems to have a curve in it as all the water settles in one corner. The actual drainer is level as I checked that. Tried to bend it, but didn’t work. Also when I put the tray in place, I try and make sure it is centered on the frame. I have not had any water spillage because of the unevenness which is a positive. Other than that, it is what I wanted. ... show more

    • Holds more than you would think while taking up very little space!

When I opened this up and put it together I was surprised by how small (especially narrow) this is. I was debating taking it apart and sending back, but decided to give it a shot. I'm actually surprised at how much it actually can hold! I cook a lot, and this holds pretty much a full day's worth of dishes and pots, mixing bowls, etc. A few cons: the silverware holder is very small, there are no hooks for glasses and the drip trays are very flimsy and easily knocked out of place. This product seemed exactly what I was looking for except the missing piece. It seems like there are three plastic plates for this set. However, I only received the big two plastic plate and not the small one for the chopstick side bar. Other than the missing piece, this set is a great product. To address this issue, I wanted to return the whole thing. However, my wife decided to just keep and use it (we are both lazy animals lol). ... show more

Excellent product. It perfectly fulfills its purpose. It has space for a large number of plates, glasses, and more. It is very functional and the measurements are correct and just for the kitchen. The design helps everything to dry quickly and without water spots. More than recommended!

Loves this rack! It provides a lot of space and it’s well worth the money. The only thing I would recommend is, the water holding tray for the rack that also holds the spoons is not long enough. If you don’t place the spoons to drain a certain way, the water will drain outside of the water holding rack. Likewise, the rack to hold the cutting boards does not come with a water holding tray. Overall, the try is great, and I just feel these suggestions would make the tray more complete and better! ... show more
