I was nervous about how it would turn out because I wasn’t able to remove the background from the graphics of our family crest. BUYERS BEWARE: The glasses that I received bear no resemblance to the preview they showed me when I ordered. The color in the image I uploaded was totally disregarded. Naturally, they won’t refund or replace. The media could not be loaded. Nothing in the description said that the logo I sent the company would just be a sticker. I thought the design would be baked on or something. The glass itself is thick & fairly heavy and very nice quality. When the first glass was HAND washed, the sticker started peeling. So far we have not washed the rest to see if just the one sticker is not sticking properly. At about $10 per glass I expected better quality on the personalized logo. I wish you made dishwasher safe, personalized glasses like on-line photo companies who put pictures on plates and mugs. ... show more
