I first reached out to the company because my picture was printed in one color. Apparently, this was a misread on my part and they were kind enough to give me a 20% discount. However, when I opened them to wash them there was a black mark in more than half of them down in the inside. I was able to scape part of it away but some I was unable and am still working on. It is like an acrylic paint or puffy latex type material and it is difficult to remove. I do not want to use them until I can fully remove the black material from inside the glass. Six days ago I was informed that our men's golf tournament was occurring tomorrow. Theoretically I was doomed. I had my eyes on this product several months ago but did not order because I thought the tourney was off. Not so fast. Literally Friday night after happy hour I went online, uploaded my logo, and ordered. The glasses arrived today and look great and are ready for tee off tomorrow morning at high noon. I designed and purchased these to include in a beer themed raffle basket for a staff appreciation luncheon at my daughter’s school. I think they came out great! The only really good griffin I could find was black, but going by the instructions- if 2 colors are given, they will use the chosen font color for the entire design. The company also messaged me through Amazon to make sure that I was aware that the entire design could only be 1 color and it would all be red since that was the font color I chose.
