The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my son for Christmas with his new PS5 slim. At first we were confused as to how it powered and I thought it was broken but lol a couple days later we realized that it powers from the cooling pad itself to the PS5 with a type C cord - type C, that it did not come with. Once we figured that out it seems to work great! Some reviews say that the fan isn't powerful enough but so far my son hasn't had any issues and the light feature is cool. This PS5 cooling station and charging stand is a good purchase. It provides a solid base or the PS5 (mine has the disc player), which should come with its own base, especially as it's designed to stand upright. Securing it by screwing it into the hole in the PS5 is a bit tricky, but you'll get it after a few tries. I'd be very nervous without the stand, which provides extra stability for this costly little machine. The control chargers in the front are great and very practical, providing a natural place to keep the controllers and charging them at the same time. The lights, which look cool in low light, indicate if charging is in progress. The cooling fans work, too, albeit with a bit of noise. The PS5 heats up quickly, so the fans are big help. Keep the fan on low while you're using the PS5, and the sound won't bother you. The rear rack for games should work fine, but I don't really know as we have no physical games. Overall, this station is a solid and almost essential accessory to the PS5. Recommended. ... show more

Like the title says, it can sound like a jet engine when the fan is turned all the way up, but let me tell you the amount of warm air that is pushed away from his PS5 is incredible. The chargers seem very nice and charge the controllers decently fast. The RGB is a nice touch, but its not really an added feature. The stand is sturdy and feels better than the original PS5 stand. All in all this made my boyfriend happy and it keeps all of his controllers, headset, and games in one organized place. ... show more

Love this product feels like a big upgrade to the original stand that comes with PS5. On the disc version of the original PS5, it was easy to install and easy to use. Has several colorful lighting features, and a fan with 3 modes although they can be noisy on medium and high. Great way to to charge my controllers and hold my physical game cases as well. My only complaint with the product is that it fails to turn off automatically if PS5 is stuck in sleep mode. ... show more

While the RGB lights will draw most of the attention, the space saving and slim nature of the cooling/charging pad are second to none. It keeps the PS5 cool on long gaming sessions amd chargers controllers quickly. Highly recommend.
