Compatible with other magnetic tiles playsets, this 42-piece set comes with a pair of trees, a couple of volcanoes, archways and a number of tiles with images of dino tracks, rocks and water. This set also comes with a small vinyl storage bag, though it felt a little flimsy to me and I'm not convinced it's going to last very long. I have several sets of different types of magnetic tiles, and I was pleased that this set is compatible with all the ones I have. The tiles are all standard sizes, and the magnets seem strong enough to build fairly sound structures. I like the patterns that are printed on the tiles, which make them feel more unique than other sets. I was also really excited to see the Godzilla and King Kong pieces, which is fun set to have when most are more generic. The colors and printing are all good on these, and they look great. This magnet set is so cool and comes with so many pieces. I got these for my nephew because the cat lost most of the other ones he had. The magnets work very well to stick to the fridge or to the other magnets. The printed pieces and animals are so cool to have and will definitely foster more imaginative play. The best part of the whole kit is the bag that comes with it so you can put all the parts in the bag after instead of keeping them stuck to the fridge (that's how the cat was able to lose the other ones). Our daughter loves her magnet blocks, she's 8 and has had them for years and still plays with them regularly, now she's moved to designing her own DND bastions and dungeons out of them. Other than the colors of the characters not matching the listing photos (i.e. Our Godzilla is yellow and the one in the photos is blue, King Kong is red while the photos show a yellow one, etc.) everything is exactly as pictured. Comes in a no frills box, with a thin carrying pouch and booklet with ideas of structures/patterns you can build. My son loves the magnetic tiles with the prints and patterns on them - volcano, foliage and dinosaur footprints - which add so much dimension to the designs he builds. All the tiles fit, feel and look exactly like the name brand Picasso tiles. Great price for what you get! ... show more

We have many different brands of magnetic tiles including the really popular ones. Those all arrived in big boxes. These just seem of lower quality and overall the set is lacking.

Adorable dinosaurs setup! Looking to add more magnetic tiles to our current set and liked that this one was themed with designs on the tiles. Our other ones are a different brand and hollow so also curious to see these hold up and are all solid backing
