This was such a cute paint by number, kind of a vintage charm to it. I had completed another Dimension painting that had wonderful paint. This set had a couple of containers with lumpy paint. Make sure when you check out you indicate you want Amazon packaging, otherwise they just put a shipping label on the box which you have to peel off if you want to see what your picture is supposed to look like. I don’t remember doing that for my other Dimension painting. It came wrapped. This was unwrapped and one of the ends did not have any tape on it, so anyone could’ve taken items out of the box. This was a great paint by number. It comes as a flat board (not canvas) which I liked because the paint went on smoothly. The paint was thick to cover the numbers once over but just to really make it pop I went ahead and added extra layers. Picture is of one layer of paint with the blue. There's some mixing of colors. This was fun to paint and pretty enough to display. Paints are good quality. I advise getting a very small tip brush from your hobby store and using a magnifying glass for some of the small cells. It also helps to get a pallet from the dollar store for mixing of the paint colors. Or just a flat piece of plastic would work too. ... show more

The set itself was ok but the package came in only the box containing the supplies and the end of it was opened. I checked and nothing was missing but the corners were crunched up but not enough to make a difference since it will be in a frame anyway. The packaging label was on the picture so I could not see part of it to know what it should look like. The paint was not like I have normally had from this brand and quite a bit of it was dried up as if it had been opened. I do believe this was a used item. Thinking back I should have returned but I did not want to venture out during this time of Covid quarantine. Very disappointed with this item and will not purchase again ... show more

Edit: Imagine my surprise when I found the paintbrush taped to the back of the painting! Added a star, but only one. Removing the brush damaged the back of the painting. Haven't completed yet, but it looks like something I will enjoy. The instructions seem very helpful. Problem? No paintbrush was included.
