This grandma has enjoyed the book more than the grans. Surprisingly the book pushed me to use higher thinking skills and think literally and figuratively. I need to stay sharp and think out of the box w/these mental exercises. This book is okay for a child who is into riddles, but there are probably much better out there. There are no images or designs on the pages at all. It is literally just a list of riddles followed by a list of answers. The riddles themselves are fun enough, but many are lifted word for word from other (copyrighted) sources, which I feel is in poor taste. Overall, I won't be returning the book, but I would not recommend it either, and will be more careful about purchasing such things in the future. ... show more

my 8 yrs old boy likes it very much. The book is kind of thin. Don't let your kids to read the answer. Test them and let them think first. give them plenty of time to think.
