Features

  • High-end Material&Process: The diesel engine body is made of aluminum alloy with fast heat dissipation, low oil temperature, lightweight, and long-term use. The body adopts the shot blasting process, the bolts adopt the color galvanizing process, and the wind cover of the tank adopts the plastic spraying process to make it more durable and provide conditions for it to exert its powerful power.
  • Low Noise: High-quality muffler can effectively reduce noise (75 dB), protect your hearing and provide you with a comfortable and quiet working environment.
  • Large Capacity Tank: The fuel tank capacity of the diesel engine is 126.8oz, which can support you to work for a long time without the need for refueling frequently to improve your work efficiency. An oil tank with a strong seal is not easy to leak oil and cause waste.
  • Strong Power: The full-copper engine with a high power of 2200w and a rotating speed of 3000r/min provides you with strong power and ensures that your work can be completed quickly and easily.
  • Good Heat Dissipation Effect: The forced air cooling system and heat dissipation holes can reduce the temperature of the engine in time, prolong the service life and reduce potential safety hazards.

  • Rolling coal for less than $200
Everyone needs a 200cc diesel. Because, why not? We purchased this for a diesel-powered mini bike project. The engine arrives well packed in a wooden crate. We had it out of the crate and running in a matter of 20 minutes. Only down side is your shaft diameters don't match up with most standard clutch kits or torque converters. The diesel is a 2cm, which is just over a standard 3/4". The instructions are a bit sketchy for starting it, but if you have any mechanical aptitude at all you'll figure it out. Best part of the instructions were for the oil level, which are "Fill until don't." I have since utilized that oil fill wisdom on all my engines. Fun little engine for less than $200. ... show more

Runs good but the output shaft seal is leaking

  • Damaged, but I got it running!
Great little diesel engine! Shipping damage prevented the engine from starting (sheet metal was crushed). I disassembled the sheet metal and used a mallet to straighten. Ran fine after reassembly. Don't forget to bleed the injector pump to help with initial start. I used Rotella 5w-40 for the oil and filled to top of hash marks. I would definitely buy another. ... show more

  • Need some knowledge if it wont start.
Good little motor. Things to check before your first start up: 1. Use Diesel Fuel 2. Proper amount of oil 3. Is the lever on top of the spindle side of the engine case pulled all the way with the spring? I had this issue on my motor and had to move the spring to make sure this pulled all the way open to allow fuel to make it past the bottom of the motor. 4. Loosen the banjo screw on the bottom of the motor to mke sure it is oriented correctly to allow fuel to flow. 5. Loosen the top of the rigid fuel line and pull the starting string while holding in the decompress lever to bleed the air out of the line. I had to do all these steps to get my motor to fire up. ... show more
