Plain and simple - I love this top. The material is so comfortable and it looks really flattering on. Also, it is plenty long enough so that when I bend over, squat, or raise my arms you can't see anything. The v-neck isn't too low so I don't have to worry about flashing anyone either! And - it doesn't show pit stains!! I will say that if you tend to have a bigger chest, the fit might be a little big. I wear a 36 DDD and the fit is fine on my chest and shoulders but pretty baggy in the mid-section and back. Also, you MUST hang it immediately out of the dryer! If it sits for even a second, you will have wrinkles that you cannot get out without an iron or another round in the dryer! ... show more

I wear this scrub shirt over my own shirt and it doesn’t add to feeling too warm/hot. Fit just fine. I usually wear a medium in women’s shirts. The medium fits well with another shirt underneath. Not snug at all.

    • Flattering and functional.
I'm a Dickies person if for no other reason than this is the only brand that consistently holds up for the long term and doesn't fade a whole lot. I work in a critical care unit. I beat up my scrubs pretty well and I can't afford to spend a lot of money replacing them all the time. Because I'm busty and carry a lot of weight in my chest it's often hard for me to find a top that is flattering and not too tight. I was taking a risk on this as I hadn't tried this particular fit before. My go-to is the Dickies Xtreme stretch Dickies Scrubs Women's Xtreme Stretch V-Neck Shirt . That said, this has a sturdy fabric feel and provides enough stretch to be comfortable. I ordered the 2x which is a close fit without being inappropriately snug. If it helps I'm usually a 2x top size 18 bottom. I appreciate that it has some shape to it so I don't look like a walking blue box. It matched my older pair of Dickies Gen Flex pants that I've had for two years and despite the age difference the fabric color is pretty close. I always read the reviews when buying scrubs online, especially because every brand fits differently. But with this particular brand scrub top the reviews were 50/50 as far as half were saying to size up, and half were saying to size down. For reference I am 5’5” and weigh approximately 185#. I decided to go with the X-Large. Well that was a mistake. It was way to big. It fit really weird too. Not flattering at all like all my other scrub tops. Now I don’t like them so tight they look painted on me, but I certainly don’t like the boxy look either. And that’s what the top looked like...like I’m one big box. It was in no way flattering at all. I don’t think it’s the shirt, Because if I were to have purchased the large I think it would have been nice. The shipping is as fast, so I’m hoping the return/exchange is fast as well. I usually get pretty lucky ordering scrubs online as far as ordering the correct sizes, but made the wrong call on this particular top. I will be exchanging for a Large. ... show more

I ordered this scrub top because i have been a nurse for about 30 years and it is one of my favorites. I always have the Dickie's Gen Flex scrub pants and this scrub top in my arsenal of scrubs. I highly recommend this. I'm 5'3 and 150lb with 34 B bra size. I ordered Medium.
