With the smaller flat brush, apply highlighter under the eyebrow. For applying mascara: Dip the mascara comb applicator into a tube of mascara. Work the comb beginning at the root of lashes. Using a side-to-side motion, move the wand up lashes. Repeat 2-3 times until desired look is achieved. For bottom lashes, apply downwards in a side-to-side motion.
