I recently discovered Diamond Gallery and their beautiful collection of PVC Dioramas and I'm totally impressed! I've purchased in the past some really expensive statues from Sideshow collectibles but these from Diamond are really good displayed side by side with the more expensive statues. Yes, these are plastic but they are so well done! I purchased this Doctor Strange piece because he's one of my favorite Marvel characters and I love how he seems to be floating above the Eye of Agamotto. I plan on purchasing more! ... show more

Got it as a Christmas gift for my friend and I was amazed at how large it actually was! For the price ($45) I was expecting more of the typical "anime" size figure you get. The detail on this was very comic book-esque I'd say, so if someone was planning on getting this cuz they liked the recent Dr. Strange movie don't expect Benedict Cumbersnatch's face on it. My friend opened his gift early cuz he's impatient, so I know he's in love with it and already set up a nice display area for it in his place. Only complaint I have is more from the shipper than the product itself - there was a bit of wear and tear on the box, and a very clear failed attempt at removing a Gamestop price sticker off the top right hand side. AMAZON U.S. ... my first order ... AMAZING, FANTASTIC ... I was looking for Marvel figures in Europe, but no chance. All figures were looking like children's toys i. e. you can see all ball-and-socket joints, therefore they don't look like a small copy of the "real" Marvel heroes. But this U.S. figure of Doctor Strange is really wonderful. Thank God. Most of the Marvel figures on the U.S. market are excellent copies of the "real" Marvel heroes. As a real Marvel fan it is absolutely necessary to buy these figures in the U.S. Of course I am going to buy much more of these great Marvel figures via Amazon in the U.S. Everything was perfect. The order, the payment, the delivery ... and at the end this amazing Doctor Strange figure in my hands. High five! :) :) :) :) :) ... show more

    • I absolutely love this statue of Doctor Strange
This Doctor Strange statue is amazing and represents the real essence of exactly what Doctor Stephen Strange is to the Marvel universe. The details of the statue are great and considering how the statue is mounted (the edge of his cape is the only support for the entire figure), I would consider this statue one of my favorite in the Marvel list of superheroes (even if Stephen Strange isn't a real superhero with extraordinary superpowers, he's just a man that studies the Black Arts to become Sorcerer Supreme and can do some pretty amazing things with his powers). Thanks, Marvel, for finally showing Stephen Strange as he really is in the Marvel roster of heroes. ... show more

    • Good but with paint flaws.
Looks cool and the price was pretty good. But sadly mine had a very poor paint job on the face. He has red marks all over his face like he's got bad acne or something. I should probably return it but it seems Amazon has sold out so I don't guess I'd get another one. *Update* I managed to get a replacement and it was better although there are still a few red marks on his face it's not nearly as bad as the first one. ... show more

This product is a perfect gift and/or display for any marvel fan. The stand for the statue comes attached and is unremovable. The stand is also hollow with there being no bottom. The paint job has no errors or scratches and is very detailed. Overall a great statue that really stands out.
