First time I put the on I instantly fell in love with them. We added one insert and are saving the orange insert. I bought 13-5 14 and they fit perfectly. The Velcro makes it possible to make the shoes as snug as I need gem, although I need help to make them as snug as possible. They along with my compression socks have reduced foot swelling and some ankle swelling. I am also walking outside for the first time in row years. With the inserts the are cushiony and you feel your feet are pushing forward somewhat but they are still so comfortable. Highly recommended ... show more

Fit is loose, but comfortable. Velcro vould stand to be on the inherent side, as it's kind of a opinion to undo. They are a bit too loose, and it seems a little too easy to loose your balance, as they want to fold under. Not enough side support

My elderly father sometimes has water retention in his feet. These shoes are perfect because they allow for extreme differences in foot size. I recommend! My dad also has neuropathy in his feet. These have a lot of cushion and look great on him!

We bought these for my 85 year old Grandpa. He’s pretty picky about things these days lol. Was worried he would not like these but to our surprise he LOVES them! The Velcro top is easy for him to do and if his feet are more swollen some days he can just loosen them. He said they are very comfortable and he wears them everywhere all day long. He’s had them a couple months now and they’re holding up good! Just for reference his feet are wide and has a lot of swelling due to his diabetes. These shoes have been great! ... show more

they are a little on the big side. i ordered a 13.5 EE and got a 14. nothing on the shoe says its a wide either. doesn't matter. doesn't leave my feet black and blue like that pair of high dollar sneakers i bought from the sporting goods store that were to small other then that its a great shoe. i could see anyone with difficulty putting on shoes finding this one impossible though. the closure sounds neat but is a pain. if i still had as much trouble reaching my feet as i did before this thing would be impossible to put on at this fit. the closure allows the shoe to fully open up as large as possible to accept the foot. its also a pain to close one handed. could just be that i'm not used to it. i don't feel this is one of those shoes i could leave undone either. though if it was closer to fit that would likely be different the shoes are so light i thought the box was empty when i got it off the porch. it came with a bag and two extra sets of inserts. it had a set of memory foam inserts already placed in the shoes i've only had them one day. i've walked 3 miles in them so far. i will update this if any worthwhile information present itself update: a few days later. the inserts come in handy. putting multiple in will adjust the fit of the shoe and provide slightly more shock absorption. would not recommend these for long walks. their cushioning just isn't enough. i can only walk a third of the distance i could in a pair of shoes actually designed for walking ... show more

I love these shoes . These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had, hands down !!! The velcro is great so when my feet are swollen then the velcro allows me to adjust the fit. And they come with multiple foam inserts you can add to fit the padding you like , I added two, awesome shoes !!

Shoes look good but came in wrong sizes. One shoe fits fine but the other shoe is smaller by 2 sizes. Not able to even get one shoe on. Will be returning as missed labeled sizes or are two different sizes in the box. Very disappointed.
