I unboxed the product and four of the lights didn’t work. I sent an email to the company, but no response yet. If they don’t swap it out I will have to send it back. For 79$ all the lights should work. The company is currently working on the fix. Got my fingers crossed. I have recommended this product to three of the neighbors. The product is great and the company that sent it is dedicated to providing a n awesome experience. They shipped a perfect therapy light so it has been a great purchase.     • Used it once for 20 minutes- for my knee pain (torn meniscus and acl repair surgery).

I have been doing so much exercise every week (5-6x) and I can tell my knees are sore from it. I had acl surgery and torn meniscus and my left knee and it has been bothering me. Doing strength training, flexibility exercise, rolling foam to help. But this device added extra to it. It has a warm sensation from the light. After 20 min on my knees- I could feel the muscles around were a little looser, and the pain was a little better (went away more than I expected). I'll keep using it. This is/was a great device for a reasonable price, and up until about a week ago I would probably have given it 5 stars. Alas, I must downgrade to a 3 as slightly over half the lights are out, just a bit over a year after purchase. I wanted this to work! I didn't have any issues with the LEDs. They kept working perfectly the whole time but during this 6 week period of testing this out, I did not see any visible signs of improvement. The light emitted by this belt, (if it is the same wavelengths as it is says it is) according to research, is supposed to trigger fat loss. After 6 weeks, I have maybe lost about a quarter of an inch. What's weird is that at the 5 week timeframe I had lost an inch, but I can dismiss both measurements as being transient and not indicative of true weight loss. The research indicated 6 weeks would be required to see a difference. The 5-week measurement could have been because of an incredibly intense exercise weekend. ... show more
