This is nothing short of amazing. I usually don't write reviews I ordered another similar product first, which was delayed and arrived a day late on Friday. I installed it and got the right drivers from UPDD. But learnt that the version of chipset used by them was older and didn't support Mac multi touch and I had to spend another $100 for the software license (I got the full trial version). On Saturday I ordered this and it came on Sunday! The Seller just mentioned in the question answers that to contact them and they would send the drivers. They sent the link to the drivers. Full working drivers free. They were super responsive!!! Now comes the best part: I setup the frame and installed the software, went to the settings on the software driver and chose Logic Pro from the preset option on the touch gestures and made a changes to the One finger press and hold to add a modifier in the edit automation window. That's it Logic is now fully touch screen. Including Multi Fader movement at the same time. Multi control in plugins with two hands. cut and drag. Best of all draw automation curves with your finger and get accurate expression, modulation and all other stuff. Great fun. If you work on Logic and other DAWS on a Mac and would love touch screen and have salivated over the 'R' screens but was too expensive and only 27". Get this. 1.43" 4k TV from Costco less than $200 (doesn't have to be top of the line). You want to get one with a Bezel 2. Buy 1/2 inch PVC pipe and 90degree elbows and 3 sides and build a stand to keep the TV angled $25 3. Get Lowes to cut plexiglass glass sheet to exact Bezel size. $30 4. This IR Frame $189 Ofcourse you need to have a Mac and Logic Pro X and need to know how to use it!! This is Magic I will post once I get to play with this over the coming weekend. Also will check out his this functions on other office Apps like Outlook, Power Point, Zoom etc. Just get this. I am an Old man and my eyes and neck are thanking me for the angle in which this is setup ... show more

The product works great. The only problem is keeping it attached to the screen. A better way to attach it to the screen either with clips or some other means of it hearing the device would be very helpful.

    • Poor packaging, possibly damaged due to the packaging and a website that did not work .....
I really, REALLY wanted this product to work for me because I loved the concept of turning a large monitor/TV into a touchscreen for a PC but there were a few "problems" ..... 1) The packaging: It came in a strong boxed cardboard tube but one end cap came off in transit, possibly allowing the product to be damaged because it did not auto detect when it was plugged in; 2) The Website had an English language option on the main page but none of the sub pages were in English so I had a hard time following things to download the drivers; and 3) Even when I got to the point where I knew the drivers should be downloading they would not. I asked a friend who is fluent in Chinese to look it over and he concluded that I had guessed right in spite of my not knowing Chinese and also agreed that the page was not working as it should to allow for the drivers to be downloaded. In the end I opted to return the product for a refund but perhaps if I see things are better I will reconsider this product and company. ... show more

I give it 2 stars because the screen does work. But I had to find my own drivers which cost more money. I tried contacting the company which sent me to Amazon which sent me to company which sent me to Amazon. Very annoyed with Amazon and the Company. I got it to work but if I could do it again, I would definitely buy from another company. ... show more

Problem I see is people pushing the underlying LCD screen to hard (no glass or plastic as part of the overlay). Otherwise easy to assemble and mount with the double sided tape. Wish the cable was longer.

The media could not be loaded. I can't afford a Moog One, so I'm doing this and I'm happy with it. The big TV was $50 at a thrift store and it's a Samsung. The frame doesn't require a driver with Windows 10 so don't try to download one. Just plug it in and you're there, on the PRIMARY monitor. Also, watch out for the double face tape, it's quite aggressive, more than is necessary. Put a strip of about 1.5" in each corner and you'll be fine. More than that and you'll have a very hard time if you need to reposition or remove, you might accidentally break the frame. Bottom line, does it work for digital audio applications? Yes. I use REAPER and it's great for me. But Photoshop? Sorry. Not for me it didn't. ... show more

I've used the product for a couple of months now. I can't use about an inch from the edge of the screen without it wigging out. The middle works fine, not the corners of the sides. I tried the calibration software linked here but no matter what I try the software doesn't pick up the frame

This did a great job of turning my 43” monitor into an interactive touchscreen. It’s great for whiteboarding and marking up screenshots. It’s easy to put together and install.
