Well I took this to pass and it worked. I'm not entirely sure I needed it. I'm an occassional smoker and was about 11 days sober when I took the test. I'm 5'8 and a little tubby, though, so I started getting nervous and wanted insurance. I never used an at-home test or anything prior, just drank this about 3 1/2 hours prior. I'm not sure what "with sticker" means in the title; I assumed this might have been some kind of test strip but I saw nothing of the sort. Anyway, the flavor isn't as bad as some reviews make it out to be. It's unpleasent, yes, but I never felt like I was going to throw up or anything. But for the first hour and a half, more liquid is pouring out of your rear than the front. This drink doubles as an incredibly potent laxative that kicks in very quickly. Do not drink this on the go under any circumstances. It makes your urine very clear. This wasn't an issue in my case, but some places may see this as "dilluted." I recommend B12 or something if you think that may be an issue. It says to take their pre-cleanse pills a couple of days prior, but I didn't do that and it seemed fine. You probably should if you're a heavy smoker. I'd buy it again. 4 stars, less one because they could've warned me about it's...laxative properties. ... show more

Overall works pretty well. I have been a heavy smoker for the past 2 years (about once a day) and just recently slowed down about 3 weeks ago when I found out I have to take a drug test next month. Since then, I’ve been smoking about once weekly. I bought this detox drink to test it out to find the best method to use for my drug test. I decided to take my practice drug test on a Thursday, so I began the process on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I began eating as healthy and light as possible but still consumed some sugar and carbs, just not as much as I usually do. I only drank 4oz of pineapple juice in the morning each day and drank 54oz of water the first day and 72 oz the second. The second day (on Wednesday) I also began taking the Detox pills 2 at a time, every 2 hrs with 24 oz of water starting at 12 PM. On Thursday, I did not eat anything and began drinking the detox at 11:30 AM. It tasted really awful to me and it took me about 30 minutes to completely finish it. To finish the drink I had to chase it with water and take several breaks chewing gum. I also got very nauseous while drinking it and decided to eat a couple pieces of turkey to put something on my stomach lol. After finally finishing the drink, I did drink 32 oz of water but due to my stomach being so weak I could hardly drink anything, so I drank the 32 oz of water over the next 2 hours. I used the bathroom about 6 times during this period. At 2 PM on Thursday, I took 2 different at home tests and both were negative! I was very impressed as I had just tested positive the previous morning and had smoked just 5 days prior. Overall, I was happy with my results also considering that I did not follow the instructions exactly. I believe the drink works very well, however, I feel that it may only work for those who smoke moderately or stop smoking altogether. I also think it could not work if you don’t drink enough water, I’d recommend drinking as much as possible leading up to the detox and taking B2 vitamins for color. I’m still unsure if the detox will work with 100% certainty so I plan to take a longer break and purchase an alternative method just in case. I’m also not sure if it’s worth it to do it again due to how it made me feel. Side Note: TMI but it also gave me extreme diarrhea all day.
