. . at first, I was skeptical once I applied the bags in my feet as instructed. I did feel my feet were somewhat smooth but just a tiny bit of peeling 3-4 days after . . I didn’t think it worked for me and still had the second set of bags that I was going to use to repeat the process this next coming week . . and then, I was going to bed tonight, took off my slippers to put on my light socks for bed and WHOAH! . . I stopped dead in my tracks. . . I gasped ‘cause I couldn’t believe what I felt at the bottom of my feet! . . I saw this product on an influencer's site. My feet are always calloused. I work out a lot, work in the yard a lot, and my feet pay the price. Even when I go and get a pedicure, the technician can never get my feet totally smooth and soft. So when I saw this, I figured I had nothing to lose but I honestly didn't hold out a lot of hope. I sat down on a Sunday night to watch football and kept the "socks" on for about an hour; following the instructions, I rinsed off my feet and put my real socks back on. Didn't notice any difference then. Didn't notice any difference the next day or the next. In fact, I didn't notice any difference for about a week. Then one day I stepped out of the shower and walked over to the sink. I did not have my glasses on, but when I looked back at the floor where I had stepped, there were all these little white pieces of something. I thought it was lint from my towel or toilet paper or something, but when I put my glasses on, I realized it was literally the skin falling off my feet. I looked at my feet and skin was literally peeling off! It took about a week for them to stop peeling, but when they were done, I had baby soft feet for the first time that I could remember. Three weeks later and they are still very soft. I do feel the callouses creeping up again, but the package I bought had two treatments in it, so I am going to sit down tomorrow night and do it all again. This is going to become part of my routine. My husband and I have a used a few different brands of these foot masks in the past. Previously, we were stuck on one from Nordstrom but they’re crazy expensive, especially if you need 2 sets each run. I set out to find a new brand via good reviews. As you can see by the pic, these worked amazingly for my husband. We left them on for 2 hours instead of 45 mins - 1 hour. No burning sensation or anything uncomfortable; they come with extra stickers to keep them on while soaking. The first day after using them, I get a text from my husband, “my feet are sweating so badly!”. I was not experiencing the same thing but he was at work with socks and work boots on and I was in socks and slides. The 3rd day after the treatment, he came home and removed his socks and there were HUGE pieces of skin falling out of the sock. He washed his feet a bit and proceeded to let myself and my daughter pull SHEETS of skin off. “It’s so satisfying”, claimed my daughter. I know, dear. I know. We pulled off A LOT of skin. The peeling skin was thicker and harder to remove in areas that tend to be calloused. He removed those areas himself as I was afraid of peeling something too deeply and not being able to feel if it became uncomfortable. Now, myself on the other hand…I had very little skin come off and what did was in frustrating tiny flakes that actually made my feet feel VERY dry and snaggy on my socks *cringe*. I ended up scrubbing with a pumice stone that I use in the shower bc I couldn’t stand the dry, rough texture that resulted from minimal and slow peeling. Over the next few days, I was sure to wear socks and full shoes as much as possible, wondering if this is what gave my husband better results. At 2 weeks, no change for me. We have another pair and plan to do it again. I’m going to soak my feel for a long time before applying this round and be sure to wear shoes and socks that would make my feet sweat in the following days. As of now, 4 stars as it seems like it might not work the same for everyone but since it could be the conditions after treatment, we’ll give it another go and I will update! ... show more

For those who don't know, folks who dance a lot share a not- so- secret reality... We have ugly feet! There. I said it. The hours spent in pointe shoes, ballroom heels, and even jazz sneaks leave their mark and the calluses are legit. To a certain extent, the calluses are good and protect one's tootsies, but also...ew! Sometimes we want to at least pretend we've got cute feet that look adorbs in the latest sandal style. Enter: foot masks. I've used a variety of brands over the years and at a variety of price points. These are a winner. The smell isn't completely offensive, as with some other brands. I'm petite, so I like that these boots are a little shorter, stopping at the ankle. And, most importantly, they work! It seems like they're a little stronger than other brands I've used, so definitely aim for more like 45mins instead of an hour and 15 and immediately stop and wash your feet with soap and water if the mild tingling is more than mild or becomes so. Don't use them if you've got cuts/scrapes. Do apply after a shower or after soaking your feet for the best results. It can take 4+ days to start seeing results, but when you do it'll be impressive. Also, don't pick at your skin or "help" the peeling, which can be hard but you can do real damage to your skin. Enjoy your newly cute-ish feet in fancy shoes during the holidays! ... show more
