A concrete pillar ran into my car and left a dent! I ordered this dent puller from Amazon and managed to get most of the dent out of the rear passenger door. I learned that it works best when you wet the rubber plunger first. I also noted that because the dent is concave, you have to press the dent puller quite hard onto the dent to get good suction. The size of the tool is really perfect for side panel dents. I got a pretty big dent in my passenger door from a car wash brush, and I was scared it would be permanent. I said a prayer and used the large puller and it popped right out. It did take me a few tries to get the suction right. I'm hopeful the smaller pullers will come in handy if I ever get another small dent. ... show more

For the price it’s not bad, the carbon fiber weave is definitely flawed around the bends. However, I guess you can’t complain for the price range vs. in the $1,000s. The gloss is phenomenal I will have to admit. Don’t expect it to come with a grill M badge/emblem.

I bought this because some person hit my car in a car park and refused to take liability. The dent was quite big and insurance battles would be the only way to solve it. However, I came across this on Amazon. I bought the big and mini version so I could focus on smaller areas. I used this and .. poopppp! out came the dent all in one! Problem solved. It has a very strong suction grip and only needed one tug. Amazing tool. Saved me insurance form filling, phone calls etc and saved my no claims bonus. Only downside, the person has got away with it. The stock nozzle is tough to work with. You have to insert it in the fuel filler and then press down to release the fuel. All this while balancing a very heavy Jerry Can. This Flexible nozzle is GREAT. Because its flexible, it is easy to insert in the fuel filler hole. It fits perfectly, then you can raise the jerry can for the fastest possible fill. I have a window AC unit that opens onto a common walkway at ground level in my apartment complex. So I thought this was a good idea as a security measure for my home and AC unit. It prevents the window from being raised so the unit can't be removed till you want it to be. Well, I don't know if I missed something or what, but when it got here I realized it was taller than the gap between the window top and the top of the window casing at it's lowest setting. The product itself is well made and substantial, this also make it heavy, and when I asked to return it the vender was fine with that. The problem is (two fold) as to why I kept it anyway. First is because the box it came in was small, but the shipping label that produces from Amazon would have been too big for that box even if I cut the label as instructed, so I got another larger box to fit that. However when I checked to see how much postage would be on the return (as the cost is taken out of my refund) it was going to be almost half of what it cost me! I decided to give it to a neighbor on another street that can use it and they are happy with it. Saving myself the hassle this was causing was worth it. Good product but I didn't know I would have to pay for it's return. I think that should have been more prominent in the listing, also I think Amazon lets us down the way they have you print off the labels, I could not use my Avery Printable sticky labels at all with this as you can't just print the label, you must print all the instructions and so forth too with no way to sperate out the label from it.
