A concrete pillar ran into my car and left a dent! I ordered this dent puller from Amazon and managed to get most of the dent out of the rear passenger door. I learned that it works best when you wet the rubber plunger first. I also noted that because the dent is concave, you have to press the dent puller quite hard onto the dent to get good suction. I bought this because some person hit my car in a car park and refused to take liability. The dent was quite big and insurance battles would be the only way to solve it. However, I came across this on Amazon. I bought the big and mini version so I could focus on smaller areas. I used this and .. poopppp! out came the dent all in one! Problem solved. It has a very strong suction grip and only needed one tug. Amazing tool. Saved me insurance form filling, phone calls etc and saved my no claims bonus. Only downside, the person has got away with it. Great bit of kit, I'm a total amature bit was able to pull big dents out with little practice! I bought this product to remove a few big dents from my car. "Recently I had a minor accident, due to this my car (Honda Jazz 2005) had a sizeable dent in front of the buffer surface. I was so desperate and find something to recover it.I found some valuable videos on YouTube fixing dent with hot water and toilet pumper.According to that, I tried much time, but it didn’t work out. Finally, I found this puller which solves my problem amazingly well. Firstly, I put some boiled water gently to where the dent was Secondly, I plug the dent puller next to the dent and slowly started to pull into dent area. Initially, it didn’t work. Put a shallow dent the size of an apple in my rear wheel arch in a parking misshap. I have never used a dent puller before but at $27.99 it was worth a try. Watched a youtube video that showed how to do it and a key thing was to used glass cleaner around the dent to make the surface clean and smooth. The dent puller attached nice and tightly and with good suction. After a few tugs there was a bang and the dent pulled out. It is not perfect but you really have to look to see where it was . This product is amazing! I was in a minor accident and my passenger door was massively dented. The dent was severe enough that it made operating the door more difficult, and also stopped the window from rolling up all the way. Using this tool, I was able to pop the dent out enough for the window to close. I can already imagine a bunch of other ways this product would be useful around the house, as well—any time you can't get a grip on a smooth surface, this thing can be perfect. Some Amazon feedback on these is not fair. I had a small dent in my car door that I was easily able to pull out with this but you need to clean the surface and wet the suction part of the puller. It was a matter of multiple small efforts to work my dent out and now you wouldn't know that I had had a small ding. For the sake of such a small amount of money these are well worth giving a go and if they don't work for you then you haven't wasted much. It might have been incredibly expensive to have a main dealer fix my dent so I am very happy with the result Recommended. ... show more
