Features

  • Delphi uses winding process techniques to control the length of wire between adjacent windings. Thats important because more length results in greater voltage differences, which in turn create more pressure that could break down the insulation and wire coating.
  • Delphi's ignition coils are engineered to Original Equipment specifications
  • Delphi's ignition coils are designed with proven materials, such as high quality wires and wire coating that resists the cracks, pin holes and imperfections that most often lead to failure issues
  • Epoxy vacuum techniques reduce air bubbles in the epoxy, because having fewer air bubbles increases the epoxy's insulation quality and reduces the chances of energy punch-through failures
  • Delphi's coils are designed and endurance tested to resist the common stresses that cause failure

Description

Delphi ignition coils are designed to operate as part of an integral engine management system to insert power into spark plugs and ensure fast starts, consistent engine performance and optimized fuel efficiency.

  • Great price and product
I found these Delphi ignition coils on here for over 50% off compared to purchasing at my local auto parts store. For my particular BMW these were an OE replacement, which they may even be OEM since Delphi makes the OEM coils. I had a misfire due to what I diagnosed to be a bad ignition coil, I swapped it out and the misfire was gone. Worked great and the quality felt the same as OEM so I have no complaints. Great product and price, would definitely recommend. ... show more

  • 2011 x3 28i -perfect fit
old school wisdom states a binary service life for ignition coils meaning it either works 100% or 0%. I disagree and noticed improved throttle response with a new set of ignition coils. buy new. coils. not worth the headache of finding used and battered coils to waste precious time returning them. these could were part of a preventative maimtainence regimen practiced with all my cars. ... show more

  • Great coils. I honestly think these are better than the Eldors.
Also, they come with slim streaks of dielectric grease on the inside which is extremely nice and no other brand of coils do that from what I'm aware of. Definitely much better than the stock Bosch coils. Eldors don't come with dielectric grease pre-applied either. I bought 2 of these because one of my Bosch coils burned out in bank 5 and ordered 6 Eldors to replace all the crappy Bosch coils from FCP Euro since they come with a lifetime warranty on all parts, but now I wish I bought 6 Delphi coils.. The updated design is great and the pre-applied dielectric grease is a sweet cherry on top. ... show more

  • Not just a click away... Stick coil
Normally a stick coil is pretty easy to replace, on BMW 528I it was a little bit of a pain to get to the rear coils but not a coil fault. The coils were a bit more of an issue than they should have been to get the stock clip plug in. Take not when doing so. You may think you have it plugged in but it's not making full contact. Note spacing when removing. Once installed, operation is good... No issues ... show more

  • Fits 2012 Cooper Clubman S (N18)
Replaced my original coil packs at 80K miles and these were the perfect fit. There are seemingly two PNs for these coils, through some research these are the correct ones for an N18, but ymmv!
