I read the reviews & the specs. Felt great for 5 minutes. The screen went black once during a presentation, & I attributed it operator error. To my surprise it continued to go black & the screen would glitch. Nope. So keep shopping this was a horrible laptop.

Setup was seamless and straightforward. The Dell Support Assistant application would not load so I ended up uninstalling it and downloading the latest from the Dell site…and that solved the problem. I assume that the installed app was corrupt. Overall it is a useful laptop, backlighted keyboard and good sound are positives. ... show more
