OK, if you have a lot of back fat like I do, you might not like it because whether you want it or not for a bra to support the boobs, it’s going to need to be a little bit compressive which is going to cause the back fat to just rise up and give you back boobs lol I have A LOT of back fat and at this point I’m giving up, these bra is amazing. It holds the boobs in place is true to size, I am a 38E (bought 38E) and my boobs were up beautifully, but my back fat was also showing way too much. I did try to size up to see if that would solve the back fat problem, but unfortunately, it did not. At this point, I know I will never be able to wear Any strapless bra because they all just don’t work for my body type. If you do not mind showing your back fat, this bra is totally going to hold your boobs up beautifully, it does not slip down it’s very comfortable and the price for the quality is just amazing. PROS: Nice quality for the price, my boobs don't slip out, it's nice and lightly packed in, the 3-hook is MANDATORY for bigger people and I love the thickness of the band (and the thickness of the material in general). There's silicone all along the top and bottom on the inside cups of the bra, and it's soft and doesn't slip at all doing normal activities I can lean forward as far as I want and be fine! I can jump up and down, side to side, and be fine! With the thick straps my back fat doesn't spill over or choke too. I do also like that this comes with extra straps (in a baggie with your delivery) that you can add on any way you like (cross style, regular over the shoulders, etc CONS: All my bras are a comfortable 40B and 40C without tightness, but I guess since this is a strapless, so it's tighter to make up for the lack of support. It does make my boobs look so much smaller and flatter like a sports bra, but that's the tradeoff I guess. The bands on my back are uncomfortable too. If you look at my pic, there's like 2 thick stretchy bands on the inside for support and whatnot but because they kind of cross each other, the 2 stuff bands sort of pinch and rub my skin unpleasantly with any movement or breathing. When mine is already a bit tight, that pinching really doesn't feel the best. It's a manageable and minor inconvenience though, and I think I just need to size up. If you care about cleaning instructions, they suck. "Hand wash cold/line dry in shade" yeah no thanks, cold water and low heat dryers once a blue moon please and thank you. SUMMARY: I'd recommend this for sure to others. It's a thoughtful bra. But be a little more generous with the size/length of the band because with 4 levels of hooks you can tighten as you need it, but you can't loosen. REFERENCE: 187 lbs 5'3" woman who's barrel-chested and has boobs so far apart that they're cousins, not sisters ... show more

Bra is sturdy, but stretchy and offers good support overall. Not padded, so if you worry about people knowing you're cold then that's something to watch for. I don't mind personally but the lack of padding also allows for less "perfect" shape. The minimizer aspect also is something to note. I am a solid DD and this defs decreased the appearance in size by a whole cup or two. It keeps the girls in tho, that's for sure. The strapless aspect is fine, but not great. The silicon strip across the top of the bra helps with support, and the supportive band in the back is nice. But it won't boost them up or give you an enhanced busty look. I opt for the straps a lot of the time and use this bra under all sorts of clothes, but it is a fine option for strapless tops and dresses as well. The color options and size range is great, love that. The 34 is a bit larger than I would have thought, so will likely have to order a size down at some point since I have to keep it at the tightest clasps. Alright, there are some pluses and some negatives for this bra. I have been searching for a strapless bra that could withstand the Texas heat. Everything I have tried before this had no match and a couple hours in would be falling off, or would not be sticky anymore due to sweating. I came across this brawl on social media and figured I would give it a try. I love that it has the double sticky on top and bottom to keep it up, and it stays up!!! I’m typically in a 38C, however, after reading reviews, I decided to go up a cup size. I’m glad I did as I ordered 38D and it fits good but not great. Typically with my 38 I can wear it on the last hook for a loose fit, or on the very first hook for a very snug fit, however with this one it is very tight on the last hook. There is no way I will be able to go down on the hooks to adjust it. So I would recommend going up a size on your number, I also would go up a size on your cup to have better coverage unless you want to pop out more. Overall, this bra is a great quality. Just make sure to measure yourself correctly before ordering. Don’t just assume you are size will fit you based off the chart. ... show more

I hate strapless bras but this one is amazing! I usually wear a 38 C and I got a 40 C because of the comments and it fits great! So I definitely recommend getting a little bit of a larger size.
