Same kind that the restaurant Penn Station uses (I noticed the cans while waiting in line one day) great flavour on bread sticks, pizza rolls, chicken parmesans, and my favourite 5 cheese motor City pizza co cheese sticks. This sauce is the very best I've ever used or been able to purchase, and believe me, I've tried many brands; including making my own sauces from scratch. I, by chance, discovered this sauce while shopping at our local Publix market. It was so excellent, I had to go back and buy more for later. I soon found out that the market chain quit selling it. I found it again while shopping at the local Walmart but again, the store no longer carried it. We fell in love with this pizza sauce years ago. It is the perfect level of sweet and tomato. Publix and now Walmart have stopped carrying this in my area, but we love it so much so we're super happy Dei Fratelli sells directly thru Amazon!
