This is a beautiful box, the rich mahogany color is so pretty and the engraving is sharp. I was a little worried that they may spell some things wrong since it’s in a Spanish but it was 100% correct. It’s sturdy and seems well made. I love the shine of the finish. Very very pretty, it made me a little less sad about losing my mom because I know she would really like the finish of this box. We wanted something more special for my father than the basic urn the funeral home provided. This fit the bill perfectly! It’s a beautiful dark, glossy wood, and we love the cross and dove on top and the fact we could customize it for his name, dates, and his favorite Bible verse. Plus, it is small enough to fit two of them in the niche my mother reserved at her church. Naturally my mother wanted me to go ahead and order hers so it would match Dad’s. So I did that and was careful to leave a blank space for her passing date. However, when I received her box, her birth date was centered, leaving no room for her passing date. When I received the wooden customization urn, it was not as shown on the customization page. The sizing and spacing of the letters were not as expected and there was an unpleasant looking discoloration and scuff in the center where the name and dates are situated. I contacted them and asked what could be done and they provided a replacement within a weeks time, exactly as I had detailed for them.
