Before opening the urn I saw a note card dangling. The note was precious and sweet. When I finally unpackaged the whole urn I found another note on the other side. It was very comforting and very heartfelt during this overwhelming time. Very grateful. The urn itself is absolutely beautiful, perfect size, weight, and will look amazing on the shelf. The appearance of the image on urn was darker than expected. Not as bright as in the picture in ad. Was expecting a dark blue storage box as pictured in ad, but was enclosed in a white box with company name print all over box. Disappointed.
