I bought the 40 inch fence for my backyard so my dogs could play. I bought two sets and linked them together in an L shape. The fence keeps the dogs from wandering and allows them to run and play. It is sturdy enough for what I need. My two dogs (Border Collie mix and Boston Terrier) don’t jump on the fence, but a larger/ stronger dog may and it might not hold up. Fallen tree took out 50 ft of aluminum fence. Company wanted $5000+ to replace and take 6 weeks for delivery. Needed something quicker due to keeping son’s dog for 4 days. This fence is terrific. Easy to set up and adapt, works well for medium-small dogs (our 65 lb dog jumped over it but the rest held back). The knock on it is that the welds are starting to rust after only a few weeks in the rain. It will be fine, but unsightly in a few months. It would get five stars if not for that. ... show more
