I was looking for a simple way to keep my chickens away from a tree in my front yard as they love to bath in the dirt, but this exposes the tree's roots. I wanted something quick and easy and this it was. It is still winter so I haven't put it in the ground permanently but the stakes on these were strong enough still to go through some fairly hard ground (it was a bit frozen-not a typical winter here) so I was impressed.     • Pretty good but check your product after opening!
The media could not be loaded. I bought 7 of these for my garden. They look great and were very easy to put together, however some of the boxes had missing items/broken. Not a huge deal but just inconsistent with the packaging

I recently ordered the decorative fence panels to use on my zero-lot line home to give some separation to my home from the neighbor. The panels arrived quickly. The panels feel sturdy enough for the stated purpose albeit a bit flimsy. I'm not sure how well it will keep out a determined animal, but it makes for a nice border or edging. The media could not be loaded. This set came with gloves to protect my fingers while I assembled it. Even though I didn't use the gloves, I liked that they were there if I needed them. The stakes had to be screwed on to the bottom of each panel before they could be installed. The panels could be installed in the ground completely independently of one another, which I thought was nice. In my case, I wanted to create a fence border to keepy small dog within a certain area, so I used the included zip ties to bind the panels together. It was a little tedious to assemble and install everything; however, it was very easy. I installed the fencing after it rained, so the panels went right into the ground with no problem. I could see if the ground was dry and hard that there could be a risk of bending the wire from trying to push it in the ground if not careful since the wire is not as thick as some other sets on the market. Overall, I thought this set was decent quality and looks really nice now that it's installed. After I installed this I needed to move it and I was disappointed that the legs which were screwed on bent easily at the joint. This happened even though the ground was soft from the rain. If you're not going to move this set after installation then it would be fine. But don't plan on this set lasting long if you may need to move it from time to time. ... show more

I got these to put around tree trunks and keep my chickens at a distance. While these will do the job, they'll be trickier to install than others I've got. Instead of connecting sections with pins/holes, this set comes with black zip-ties to connect sections. Because they are plastic they will degrade in the elements & need to be replaced. But, at the end of the day they'll do to protect the mulch around tree trunks. ... show more
